Who processes your data
De Print Bar is a trade name of TWENTY5 COMMV, Kopstraat 210, 2900 Schoten, België.

What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and optionally your company or club name.
The design you upload. We need that file to print your order.
Payment runs through Mollie. We only learn whether the payment succeeded, never your card or account details.
Why, and on what basis
To fulfil and deliver your order (performance of the contract).
To meet our accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To show photos of your printed order and your design on our social media and website, but only if you ticked the separate box for that at checkout (consent). We do not show your name. You can withdraw that consent at any time via info@deprintbar.com; it does not affect your order.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider (Mollie), our hosting provider, our storage provider for artwork, our email provider, and the courier delivering your parcel.
If you consented to social media use, your design also ends up on the platforms we post on (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). They process it under their own privacy policies, partly outside the EU.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: 7 years, as the law requires.
Your artwork: as long as it is useful for reprinting your order. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Proof of your social media consent (the moment you ticked the box): as long as we keep the image online, and until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can request, correct or delete your data by emailing info@deprintbar.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
